The Glute King Band set is a cotton, latex blend band set which is great for adding to your leg day workout and taking your progress to the next level!

This package includes Light, Medium & Heavy resistance. The difficulty is EASIEST with the largest band and the most DIFFICULT with the smallest band meaning the medium band is for moderate difficulty. All 3 bands are crucial to add to your booty building/leg day regimen for maximum results.

Sizes:
Small (HEAVY 50-70LB) - 32x8 cm
Medium (MEDIUM 30-50LB) - 37x8 cm
Large (LIGHT 10-30LB) - 43x8 cm
